d. Roles and Functions of the Parties
The Parties agree that each party shall have the following functions in the
Company:-
First Shareholder i) To provide funding in the building of RBW &
operation and the running of the business of the
Company
ii) To provide but not limited to the land, electricity
and water supply for the project R BW.
iii) To provide security/safety of RBW during and
after construction and continues operation there
after.
Second Shareholder i) To do supply of sound system i.e amplifier,
tweeter, humidifier & e.t.c and the marketing of
product for the Company.
ii) To lead in the management and day to day
operation of the Company during the
implementation/execution of the Project Rumah
Burung Walit (RBW)
iii) To provide technical support and technical
expertise in the execution of the Project RBW.
i. Profit from the Business of The Company
The parties will share the profit of the Company based on the percentage of the
equity of the shares in the Company forever.
MODE OF PAYMENT
The said sum of agreed amount shall be paid by the First Shareholder AND Second
Shareholder to the Company in the following manner as per annex attached:-
